It should be matter of time but yeah you should atlest update your 'fm2' mobo bios or back the bios to its isolated values .

Tech scam step 1 is to have you open eventvwr and tell you all the errors in there mean your PC is compromised/running slow/etc... I can see that in the screenshots.

You've been taken for a ride man.

Best of luck on that refund.

Not trying to be funny. Just wanted you to realize that you're dealing with people trying to get your money without any intention of helping you. You're trying to then defend this and brush it off like it's not big deal. It IS a big deal. How are we supposed to help you when it seems you cannot be bothered to take the first piece of advice?

Don't worry though. I'm done wasting your time.

Format the drive and reinstall Windows with ONLY the essential programs. Hopefully that will fix the problem. If it doesn't, then either you have a hardware issue or one of your essential programs is causing a problem.

Ah. Understood. A few piece of information that would be helpful to us:

When the freezing occurs, can you move the mouse?

Has the PC ever bluescreened during any of these freezing events?

Is the problem reproducible consistently?

What type of PC is it? A brand like Dell, a boutique like CyberPower, or something totally custom that was built by you or someone else?

How many sticks of RAM are in the PC, and have you ever tried running the system w/ only 1 of the sticks installed?

The answers to these will help us narrow down the cause to some degree.

It’s a custom pre build 8gb ram x2....when it freezes the hole pc stops working and I can’t move the mouse at all or even control .alt delete don’t work Eva ..and no blue screen ever

If it happens to freeze again, try it with just one stick.

Did you put in a windows installer and click format on the drive that you're installing Windows on? If so, then everything is formatted. If not, then it's not.

Is your CPU overclocked at the moment? If so, try upping the Vcore voltage slightly. Run memtest and see if your RAM is okay and do a clean install of the OS, with the latest AMD chipset drivers from their website. As for the scam, they're based in India not the US by the way, so don't wait for any refund and issue a chargeback through your bank.
