try macrium or hdd cloner from easeus

Veeam Endpoint will give you scheduled backups of your computer. you can save them to an external or network share on secondary internal drive.

I use it on my desktops at home and work it works very well.

 

If your want just a 1 time copy of your drive CloneZilla would do it as well.
