Best 1080p monitor with freesync?

Hey guys,

So I have an rx480 gpu and I want a good monitor I can use with it. My budget for this is about $200, but I can push it to $250 if it’s REALLY worth getting it. I found a ViewSonic XG2401 and an MSI Optix G24C for the price range I’m looking for. Which one should I choose, or is there a better option I can get for the price I’m looking for?

Either one of those are pretty good displays.

I personally like my Dell SE2717HR monitor, the 27" 1080p IPS panel is quite nice to look at. It does have a higher response time(6ms), but I haven't noticed any problems gaming on it.

I have a ViewSonic XG2401 and I wouldtotally recommend it, especially if you are playing eSport titles such as CS:GO or shooter games in general. The 144Hz really improve the game experience.
