So I got 5ghz stable with no avx offset at 1.33v is that decent ?

I can also do 5.2 at 1.4v with -2 offset but it's way way to hot even with delid it better in benches, r15 I got a 1701 but no difference in gaming ect so not worth the temps

so should I run 5 ghz with max temps at 70

or 4.7 1.2v with max temp 55 ?

Litterly only gaming

If there's a noticeable difference at higher clocks, then go higher. If you see no difference, run cooler/more silent.

Worth setting voltage offset rather than constant ?

Although my 8700k is clocked 5ghz @ 1.4v in adaptive mode, setting up constant/manual voltage is a better idea in my opinion.  my reason is that you won't deal with any fluctuation as the voltage is static.  Well done for a 5ghz OC with lower voltage.

Whats the average speeds people OC 8700K ?

Max silicon Loto sell is 5.2ghz at 1.425v and -2 avx

which my cpu happily does at 1.4 with no avx

4.9ghz 99perent of chips hit

5ghz is 75 percent

5.1 is 50

5.2 I can't remember but like only 20 percent I think
