I tried another mouse and it didnt had the problem but i dont know how to fix it maybe reinstall my mouse but idk how?

You can try by going to Device Manager and under "Mice and other pointing devices" you can uninstall yours there. Then you can plug it back in to install it again. If it doesn't work restarting will help re-detect it.

You don't need drivers and an associated program for a mouse. I'm running a razor deathadder minus the programming and it works fine.
