CPU usage rising when moving mouse. (help)

Hey,
When i am moving my mouse my CPU usage is going 30% higher it is pretty annoying while playing games and i surely know this isn't supposed to happen.
MB: ASRock Z370 Extreme4
CPU: Intel 8600k

do you mean 30% higher than idle or your entire cpu jumps to 30%

My cpu idles at 1 or 2% when i move my mouse it's jumps to 3% constant so it's somewhat normal.

Last time I saw this happen was on a friend's laptop because of an additional touchpad program. Do you have any software related to peripherals running?

Logitech gaming software.. atm im reinstalling it to check if it works..

I tried another mouse and it didnt had the problem but i dont know how to fix it maybe reinstall my mouse but idk how?

You can try by going to Device Manager and under "Mice and other pointing devices" you can uninstall yours there. Then you can plug it back in to install it again. If it doesn't work restarting will help re-detect it.

You don't need drivers and an associated program for a mouse. I'm running a razor deathadder minus the programming and it works fine.
