i would not buy an old i5 go for something old high end like 4790k 4770 and so on

I just sold something similar with an i5-3450 and a gigabyte b750d3h mobo 16gb ddr3  corsair 600w psu without a GPU or HDD/SSD for 370.00$ so with that cpu and the other parts I would say 450 range would be acceptable if you throw a GTX 970, 1060, RX 570/580 in this thing itll run 1080p games with ease
