GPO to tun on num lock if not already on, at start up

i need a script to run at start up, that will check if num lock is on and if not turn it on. right now i just have a script turning it on, but sometimes its already on so then it turns off, is it possible to have it check to see if its already on

yes but not every bios has the option, and i would also have to go around to multiple computers individually to enable it.
