Help needed Msi Super Charger

Hello, I have MSI Supercharger on my PC and ever since i've had it, strange things have been happening... My mouse and mix amp stay on when my pc is completely shut down and not only that but when my pc is shut down sometimes i can click the keyboard to start my pc up again or I can click the mouse and start it back up but then all the sudden the mouse wont start it up and only the keyboard will.... So im a noob at pcs and was just curious... How do I get rid of msi super charger? Do I have to turn it off via motherboard??? I have the program on my desktop and I tried uninstalling it once but nothing happend everything seemed to remain the same and so I just kept it... But I want to get rid of it for good now cus I just dont need it or care for it.. So my question is how do I get rid of it? I have the MSI - Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard... Any help would be appreciated thanks!

peripheral/usb/chipset settings (depends on specific board) in your bios settings, "wake from *any sort of peripheral*" settings are something to check as well.
