Ultrawide PIP aspect ratio change

Hello guys!
I have an LG ultrawide monitor, and I hooked it up with my PC with 2 cables. I use it as a dual monitor setup, but I'd rather have one 16:9 and use the leftover as a constant chat window than having two 4:3 monitors. Any idea how can I change to this?
