If its not the cable connection then it sounds like its had its last days. 9 years is a great lifespan.

 

Give it a proper funeral.

You can probably get something better from ebay in the 10-15 dollar range that is better than the 210. Check out the YouTube channel Socket Sanctuary, he covers a lot of cheap and low end GPU's.
