I have seen a lot of scam power supplies but I think this one may just take the cake... 93% plus rated?

looks like scam. But, I cannot confirm.

It is a 100% scam. 90 plus does't exist. 80 Plus is the name of a company, 90 plus isn't a company or a better rating.

It's a scam because "90 PLUS" doesn't exist.  But it doesn't look to be a badly built unit.  Sure, it might have 240mV of ripple on the +12V due to a complete lack of filtering, but I'm sure it could put out 2200W with 230V mains.
