blowing fans inwards from the top of the case or outwards?

what do you recommend? i can install fans on the top of my case so i want to know if i should blow fans inwards from the top of the case or outwards? 

 

i want to keep my case cool as possible but im worriied if i install the fans to blow inwards, a lot of dust may get inside

From my experience, it doesn't make any meaningful difference for cooling, however I've seen less dust after switching my top fans to exhaust.

I prefer rear and top fans being exhaust, but I would just try to balance out the intakes and exhausts to limit dust build-up.

I run mine blowing inwards, however it is filtered. Not sure exactly what it does with temperatures. I suspect a better balance (and or temps) will be achieved with them blowing outwards. However all my intake air is passed through a radiator, so I initially set the top fans up as intakes to bring some cool air into the case.

Sync RGB fans with motherboard RGB header.
