If you guys have any input just let me know :)

I would start by swapping the RAM for a slower kit, maybe DDR4-2133 or 2666 instead of 3200.

 

Next, I would change the PSU to a Corsair CX550M instead of the CSM.

 

And change the case to a normal S340 instead of the Razer edition.

 

Look around on Craigslist for a used GPU at a decent price, I see GTX 970s and 980s pretty normally on my local listings selling for 150-200 USD. I definitely wouldn't get anything lower than a GTX 970 unless it was from the higher end GTX 700 series(GTX 780, 780Ti, or Titan Black to be specific).
