Would I be bottlenecking my system if I had an fx-4300 (3.8 Ghz-4.2 Ghz) running with either a 1050,1050 ti,1060 3gb and 8gb of 1866mhz ram (1x8) ?

New ryzen cpus will not bottleneck and they are quite good. For your mobo fx 8xxx will be the best choice for those gpus.

With your current CPU, you'll need about 10GHz lol. It's slower than a 5 year old pentium.

Unfortunately there are not any options upgrade wise for your mobo. You really need to start at that foundation and get a different motherboard and CPU. If budget is a worry then do go 2nd hand
