Looking For a Good Laptop

I am looking for a good laptop that can handle some decent load and is either a 15'' or a 13". I would also prefer a 2 in 1 but doesn't have to be. Would also like a thunderbolt 3 port. I settled on 2 different ones but can't decide which one or if I should just find something different. The first one is: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MS4EQLX/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I23D5B7PD5RDLW&colid=1YVFB20Q34U9G&psc=0. The other is: https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&v=qpVqF00TVkU&redir_token=ETErkSQl6bhpkuSIdQxFdIx_xqt8MTUxODQ2NzYxOEAxNTE4MzgxMjE4&q=http%3A%2F%2Faustin.tech%2Fx360bb.

Can someone help me find something like these under $800?

look for 8th gen CPUs instead of 7th gen. 8th gen has true 4 cores, while 7th gen is stuck with dual cores.

does it have to be new?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

I'm going to use it for business and some medium to light gaming.
