Hi

I want to watercool my 1080ti using a Kraken G12 and possibly a Kraken X62.

My current case is a Phanteks P400S and I’ve got a front mounted Corsair H115i cooling my delidded 7700k.

There is no roof room for the new AIO so I need a case that can accommodate both.

Any recommendations? Cost wise under $200.

Cheers

Andy

Get a Fractal Design Define S or C or Meshify C. You don't need a full tower to accommodate both.

I don't need a full tower, but I'd like one :D. I'll have a look at those, thanks :)

to be honest with you, full towers are a waste of space imo, there's mid towers out there that can do the job of a full tower :)

The H700i is a good looking care, but has a restrictive front in take and top exhaust. Thermals may be impacted a little bit as a result.

imho, its terrible. overpriced too. just get a define meshify c for better airflow. the define r6 is better than the h700i also.

Thermals aernt too bad, it's main issue is that it's just too overpriced, especially with the R6 available.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro M TG, has more space than a Meshify C for all your watercooling needs :)

Well she’s built although I have a lot of cable management to do.

Managed to squeeze a Kraken X62 at the bottom cooling my 1080ti with a Z12 bracket. Very impressed so far.

Been running heaven benchmark for about 30mins and she hasn’t gone above 42C!

Replaced the stock paste for thermal grizzly as well.

Do a custom loop including both the GPU and CPU, and replace the front 240 with a 360, maybe with a single 120 rad inbetween the GPU and CPU in loop order, on the back?

I have a similar setup except my big radiator is a 480. My 1080ti FE sits at 2.0GHz and never goes over 40c. Whereas my 7700k is almost always going up to 65C or more (gotta delid this thing)

If you don't try to get all fancy with hard tubing, you could do this for probably less than $300, and still have a great looking case.

Edit: Didn't see you went with the new case. Congrats on not picking something from Fractal. I WANT PICS
