One of my close friends offers me a gtx 980 ti for 395$ and I really want to include it into my config !

Can u help me to complete the config with the buget of 800$ pls ?

$400 is going to be next to impossible to match with a 980ti, I'd up the budget or buy components one at a time

If you have an alternative that's better and will keep the budget around $900, you're more than welcome to recommend. 

The TX550M is available for $50 after a $10 rebate. 

I would change the RAM to the 1x 8GB stick, for upgradability, and maybe the case, but it's a good build

I have to reiterate, you need memory from the qvl list from the motherboard manufacturer, this is going to be your biggest hurdle

ok, then I suggest he get's the same board.  It's a uefi thing for compatibility not a cpu thing.  At least that's my understanding.  My Trident Z wouldn't run at anything but 2133 on my z270 until Asus updated the BIOS

After the Agesa 1006 update, Hynix kits can mostly run at 3000MHz
