Benchmark help please

Hey I have an old laptop which is pretty shit (runs warframe on 17 fps in closed areas and such) but I wanna still run some benchmarks so I got an idea about what it's performance is when I'm looking to upgrade . So do anyone know any free benchmarks which is for not so over the top system as I got this laptop for school work about when Windows 8.0 came out

Cpu-z is one I know of for CPU benching

Cinebench R15... check both Multi-core scores and Single-core scores.

Unigine Superposition to test the graphics card performance.

No CPU-Z it's mainly for CPU info. People don't use it to bench very often

Oh okay, good to know. I just saw that there was a benchmark mode, should have looked into it more

CPU: 470 cb

And on 3d mark cloud gate I got: 

 

Graphics score 5187

 

Physics score 4976

But in sky dive the scores are 

 

Graphics score 2132

 

Physics score 6234 

 

Combined score 2090

While there's bench option, its not widely used. So there's very little to compare unless you are using it to compare your own two setups, maybe pre-OC and after OC.
