420mm (140 x 3) 29mm Rad enough for 8700k + 1080?

Just wondering if people think if a 420mm Rad will be enough to cool my i7 8700k and Gtx 1080. The 8700k is clocked at 4.7ish GHz and the GPU is the EVGA 1080 FTW. At the factory OC settings. Id be using 3 Corsair ML fans @ ~800-900 RPM and maybe doing push pull if it will help temps significantly.

Depends on the rad, if it's a GTS you will have 0 issues.

It is a 420mm GTS cross flow. I could add a slim 140/120 aswell to the rear but would like to avoid it if possible.

100% enough.  My gts 240 cooled a similar thermal load (i7 860 OC + r9 290x)

Cool my side rig with a 420 setup. Used noctua nf 140s on it. Still quiet but I turn mine up as I prefer to keep the cards 50 or lower.
