please don't question it. i have a budget. i wish to know if what the computer store owner said is true.

and if it's true. Which other Graphic card do you suggest that  isn't expensive and is better or. same performance/same price. but not nvidia.

He’s wrong, from what ive learned (not personal experience) they cooperate perfectly fine together. The only reason they wouldn’t is if amd throttled performance on nvidia cards, which they wouldn’t do as that would drive away a good portion of their market.

If it did, I would have noticed it with my own system.

THere is no problems with AMD and nvidia working together at all. You will be just fine. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 1800x and GTX 1070 in my rig right now and zero issues. That store doesn't know squat about what they are talking about.

It's also pretty easy to understand in a marketing point of view. There are basically 2 manufacturers for cpu and 2 for gpu, so if your product doesn't work well with a certain platform it means you're loosing potentially 50% of the market.

Anyway there's no problem as reported from all the other users

Latest build: MyPC Liquid Time

No problems whatsoever can be expected.

[RANT] As a sidenote, it is kind of annyoing a salesperson is either misinformed/ignorant about the very products they are trying to sell or tries to deliberately f* the customer in teh eye (both of these have happened to me personally). Makes me want to change the shop, because what's the point going to a shop to buy stuff if the staff can not help you at all - or worst case, are there just rip you off? Also makes me wonder what the enterpreneurs / shopkeepers are thinking, in this day and age when internet shopping is a competitor threatening their very existence, they have staff who don't know/care c*p about their products....
