WHATS THIS???

so i explored for hidden files on C drive and a file that says "$Get Current" , "$WINDOWS.~BT" and " Windows.~WS" 

what files are they? are this usual or unsual? inside theres so many setup files

Windows Update files.

They're often seen when Windows 10 has a major update. After the update is done they stick around for a while but should remove themselves after a time. You can delete it earlier using the disk cleanup tool built into Windows.

Be warned though, if you manually delete them or use the disk clean up Wizard then you cannot roll Windows back to before the update occurred. Usually not an issue but still worth mentioning.

Removing the install files I think are safe. Removing the backup files post install means no uninstall as above.

 

Generally unless you're desperate for space just ignore it and it'll sort itself out over time.
