I'm kinda of an idiot but not really... So, I bought a z270 kller/sli/ac motherboard from asrock due to their promotion on newegg for a 150$ board for only 100 w/ the rebate and I needed a mobo for my first build. Then I inspected the motherboard once I got it to find out that these specs. 1 x CPU Fan Connector (4-pin)**
2 x Chassis Fan Connectors (4-pin) (Smart Fan Speed Control)
1 x Chassis Optional/Water Pump Fan Connector (4-pin) (Smart Fan Speed Control)*** so, I want 4 case fans and 1 heatsink fan. I'm pretty sure the 4 pin chassis fan connectors fit both 3pin and 4 pin but when I went to do the simple math, and even with using the waterpump fan, I need another connector for my fourth case fan. My psu is CORSAIR CX750M V2 (2017 Edition) CP-9020154-NA 750W ATX12V v2.4 / EPS12V 2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Semi-Modular Active PFC Power Supply  and am wondering if I can somehow directly connect it to my psu, idk man I need some help. Maybe there is a 4 pin to 2(3 pin) connector out there but will it still run the 12 volts to each?? HELP

sorry if I sound like an idiot but, what is a fan controller

It's a controller that has pin connectors for your fan and either mounts in the drive bays, or inside of your pc depending on if you want a display, or just want to control it through pwm.

and would the mobo give enough power to both fans to run at 100%?

Each header can power 2-4 fans, 3 to be safe. Any more and you need external power.

Fan controllers are so stupid this days with all the great software like Asus Ai Suite hat the mobos have to automatically controll and personalise fan speeds, I'm sure MSI must have something too... Get fan splitters.

I have one of this:

They will work perfectly if both fans are the same, they will spin at the same speed and the board will controll both of them equally like if they were one.

But if you're going to be using RGB fans I guess you will need a different splitter.

if you need to plug it into a 3 pin something for some reason dont worry if you mutilate it, it'll still work
