Limit Bandwith Speed On a PC

Good day,

 

I was wondering if there is a program or a local Windows 10 settings which I can use on a latop/PC that limits the internet speed of the whole device and not just an app or program.

first of all, why? 

 

i don't know of any setting like that.. or program even. 

 

you could try setting it on your router but that is a pain..

You can go to settings>network and internet>status>change connection properties and then enable "set as metered connection".
