Ik its a tv so it have more latency but am not that competitive in games

if your PC is strong to drive games in that thing i guess it is pretty darn good

and look for response time as well if you are so competitive (5ms is normal for your use case)

Mention me if you want to summon me sooner or later

Spoiler

My head on 2019 :

Note 10, S10, Samsung becomes Apple, Zen 2, 3700X, Renegade X lol

It should serve you well enough. When it comes to panel choice i'm biased towards VA panels because of the insanely good black levels and lack of backlight bleed which appears a lot in IPS panels. You can also get a TN panel which is for gaming lets say because it has low input lag but has less vibrant colors. TN panels are usually the cheapest of the 3 and you won't go wrong. After getting the monitor i suggest you google some calibration software or tests for the specific model you purchase so you can adjust the picture to your needs.

is the curved monitor worth it?

it cost 1.5 times more should i get the one above and get 2nd one later or one curved?

i may get 2 curved monitors but only if they get cheaper

Absolutely not if it's 22". Curve only really becomes noticeable with much larger displays
