OK seriously this can't just be a problem with my ram now

Bhav

After my Winblows reinstall I had my ram at a fully safe setting, and there were no problems or crashes after a full day of gaming.

Then when trying to shut down everything just freezes. I wait many minutes before powering it off.

Now it won't start again, this time with an 'inaccessible boot device' bsod.

As before, none of the command prompt repairs via troubleshoot your PC work - the reason being it doesn't detect my C drive and won't load and C:\ registries.

So I have to reinstall winblows again.

Could this be due to using a Data M.2 drive as a boot disk?

I know mine has been giving me those issues. Did a clean install yesterday and first reboot it says it can’t find the os. If it’s the last two builds of windows we your using, I’d blame that for now.

This time I fully updaded windows before daring to restart. Now it should be fine I hope. Most sources said this second problem was an update issue too.

And no more ram overclocking above 2700 Mhz CL14 at which its fully stable on 1.35v. 2800 Mhz CL14 at 1.415v broke my PC the first time around, so nope to that or needing more than that much voltage.

It says Im up to date and it restarted fine, and I have my full stable settings of 5 Ghz CPU, 2700 Mhz CL14 ram that was already working before I tried pushing the ram higher.

Have you entertained the possibility that it might be due to the files(s) you have on your drive that made you basically a meme in this community? xD

All joking aside, I would bring everything back to stock settings and see if the problem persists.

Those are on another drive and they are virus scanned and from proper paid for sites.

.... Yes I paid for clown porn : x

Such videos have a very slim chance of actually containing viruses.

The problem is gone at stock, I already tried that, and at the aforementioned stable clocks.
