I know the financially speaking the max limit is about 800$'s

problem is, the prices are different in india... :/ gpu prices are probably high too

so what i would recommend, is getting 8320, cheap cpu cooler ( hyper 212 ) cheapest 8gb you can find ( with  a brand ), cheapest 990 am3+ mobo ( or gigabyte 970 ud3 mobo ) that is eather asus, msi, gigabyte or ashrock,  hd7790/gtx650ti boost or hd7850/gtx660 or hd7870 with 2gb of vram, depending on the price, 1tb hard drive WD or Seagate, cheap case like cooler master elite 430, nzxt source 210, corsair 200r, or popular haf 912, cheap 500w - 600w power supply that is eather corsair, seasonic or xfx

then if you are left with some money, just invest it into better GPU like hd7950/gtx760/660ti or hd7970/gtx770 depending on the price

I wouldn't trust a brand like Mercury.

Why those parts?
