Guy was coming up from Seattle on the bus and was wearing some sort of tail. Of course the agents would look into the odd ball even closer.

Someone who likes Anthropomorphic animals. There are many different ways people like it, some people like the Kinky ways of being a furry and some just like it as a hobby.
