RealBench is probably the hardest stability test to pass.

Although whether or not it matters is down to you. If your just gaming then AIDA64 is more than enough.

If your doing real work: RealBench.

Cinebench isn't a stability test. It's a benchmark. You don't need to be stable for benchmarks, you just need to be fast.

No idea on the restart, maybe Windows updates, drivers, power issues.

Probably around an hour I think. Although it can be configured.

30 min isn't a stress test. Not long enough to be one. Run at least an hour, maybe two. Some go for 4 hours +, although that's if you're doing real work I guess. Or validating an OC.

Well you're under full stress. That's to be expected.

But then again, what do you call high temps? I call high temps 85C+. Some silly geese call 60C high.

You can, if you think that's good enough. Some run it until it stops itself or until it crashes. Depends on how the program is configured.

That 90C max temp doesn't sound right though. Even though it's an AIO it should be able to do better than that. Fans spinning? Plastic removed from coldplate? Paste applied?

There's usually plastic cover over the cold plate. Or maybe Corsair has changed it, idk.

The cold plate is what makes contact with the processor, with paste in the middle of course.

Should have said you were running an OC. Assumed stock this whole time. More details next time.

You need to delid. You'll drop 20C off those temperatures once you do.
