Reimage Repair says Windows is damaged

So I've been experiencing crashes on my PC. What do you make of this? Should I start the repair?

I'll just start by saying this 99.999999999% of those applications are a form of bloatware or malware that does more harm to your system then good.

I would start by removing all of your "security" "speed up" , or "cleaning" software on your machine, I'm sorry that even means paid versions ATM. Or if you can just past a screen cap of your add remove programs and I can help you sort them.

I would just start by doing a system security check, download avast and malwarebytes as they are both free and do an amazing job. IMO the free versions work just as well as the paid, I've had clients who run both and neither of them have many issues in relation to the apps.
