how is a EVGA 450b1 for my pc

it has an i7-8700k and i am willing to add an gpu later (1050 or 1050ti)

Msi z370a pro (This is a low budget build)

Corsair Vengeance lpx 8gb ddr4 2400mhz

seagate barracuda 2tb

120gb ssd (haven't decided which one yet but i need it for the os - faster booting)

 

also recommend any other psu if this is not good enough.

It's enough for the time being since you have no dGPU, but clearly this isn't a low-budget system if you're buying an 8700K. What do you plan to do with your system?

Get an 8600K then. That's plenty for games. Can help you save a little for a GPU. For the meantime, it'll allow you to buy a better PSU to buy a good GPU down the road.

 

I'd take a look at a Corsair TX550M, EVGA 650GQ, Bitfenix Whisper 550W, and that sort of price range.
