Dell XPS 12 Convertible wont boot

Hello guys, I have a dell XPS 12 Convertible that wont boot past the windoows loading screen. The internal hard drive wont boot, a windows to go usb wont boot, I also tried a bootable linux flash drive and a windows 10 install usb. At this point im out of ideas. Do you guys have any? All help is appreatiated.

Can you access the UEFI? You probably need to disable Secure Boot in order to boot from USB.
