i7 7700k OC Help

Lets start here, I had this CPU with 1.285 voltage on overide at 5.0ghz for quite awhile. Never had a problem with stress test. Programs used prime95, (version 26.6) intel burn test. Now I starting having distorted BSODs. Ranging from IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR TO KERNAL MODE TRAP.

 

The last one I was told was not enough voltage. Either way this was after a bios update and this only happens while gaming. So I did a clean reinstallation windows 10 pro last night. Tested my cpu with 5.0ghz at 1.300. real bench said instability detected. So bumped it to 1.305 ran real bench again, this time I got that distorted BSOD. So that was the kernal mode trap error. I did run cinebench and got the best benchmark i ever got from there which is 1082. Still that BSOD so went to 1.310. I'm afraid to test again cause these BSOD seems to slow down my system as game launches and restarts. Which is why i reinstalled windows to get fresh testing.

 

However question is: Is there something else to change in bios besides Vcore and multiplier?

There are AVX offset on default is 3. Everything else is on for whatever intel uses on this cpu.

Motherboard is EVGA Z170 classified K with a 270 bios chip. That's how the 7700K is good to go.

Any tips to try?
