I found a very attractive price for this computer used. My question is though: can it base clock overclock and regular overclock in the future? Does it also support the 7 series chips?

you can overclock if you buy a "k" processor. It does support 7th gen intel with a BIOS update.

I5 6400 - I wanna bade clock overclock till I upgrade to 7700k

i5 6400 isnt overclockable to my knowledge regardless if its in an alienware or not.

The i5 6400 is still a good processor for gaming and daily tasks.  if you plan to upgrade anyway i wouldnt bother worrying about it being overclock able your typically only talking 10-15% faster if you have non stock cooling.  it should also turbo anyhow not the same as overclocking but better then nothing

You can't OC that CPU. And I would advice against overall in that case with cooler that it comes with. Its probably already on the hotter side just running at stock. 7700K would need beefy air cooler or dual rad AIO/custom loop as its hot chip. But before you even get there becomes mobo issue. As @Princess Cadence said, it probably has non-overclockable mobo. Such cheap machines don't come with others. And you are not going to get easy mobo upgrade unless it uses standard size and mounting (also unlikely in so tiny case).
