What model is the server?  You will probably need to download the drivers on another machine and install them manually from a USB.

That could be any number of things and since 3 is an odd number one of those is probably a console/maintenance port.

Do the interfaces show up under network connections just as disabled?

For a xp server machine, it may not have PCI-Express, you cannot install a decent GPU to play your games.

I think the machines is a xeon from pre core 2 era. You will need to have core 2 quad to play modern games smoothly.

Reset the network configurations to use the internet. As the LAN port may have some proxies.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w
