  1. 1. What would you pick?

    • GTX 1080

    • GTX 1070 Ti
      2
    • Vega 64

    • Vega 56

Im  gaming on a LG 2560x1080 144Hz (Freesync rdy) with a Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3.85Ghz and my older GTX970. I don´t mind giving up Freesync for more FPS since the Monitor can handle it anyway.

With the Nvidia side I'd replace with the best that I could afford. If you can afford a 1080 I'd get that. On AMD it's a little different because if you're willing to OC, Vega 56 is generally a better option because of how close its performance is to a Vega 64 (even when OC'd).

Previously Trogdor8freebird

5800x | Asus x570 Pro Wifi (barely enough for 64GB apparently given it's 2133 and still crashes sometimes) | 64GB DDR4 | 3070 Ti 8GB | Love that whole weeb shit

OC is fine with me. Got the CPU already OC´d with the biggest Kraken AIO. So Temps should not be an issue as well.

Price doesn´t matter in this case tbh. AMD is totally overprized at the moment tho. Looking for a Aircooled Version. I just want to make sure that my Monitor can use those 144Hz as much as possible. 1080ti would be overkill for my resultion im using atm.
