The 1060 6GB..

Looks at the current 1060 prices and shakes head. A 6 gig one costs more than my 1070's did last year.

GTX 1060 6GB is very capable even for 1440p or 21:9 Aspect ratio.

The 1060 is a good card but for 1440p60 the 1070 gives you that bump in performance that you need. The 6GB card is kinda useless too considering the GTX 1060 3GB is just as capable since, at 1080p, games don't use more than 3GB of VRAM.

Well, let's mention Shadow of War here which uses 8GB of Vram even on 1080p....

But yeah, i must agree. Games like GTA V or BF 1 should be running smoothly on 1080p with 1060 even on 3GB.
