Which one of them is better? G4560 is 3.5ghz and G4560T is 2.9ghz so i imagine the G4560 is better. But is it and by how much ?

The G4560 is better. The G4560T is just a downclocked G4560.

The 4560 is more powerful. The 4560T is designed for use in low power systems, typically found in prebuilts. The power draw of the 4560 is so low that there's virtually no practical point in the 4560T's existence. It exists, IMO, to make use of G4560 CPUs that couldn't clock to 3.5GHz in testing.

I could assume the low power thing on other processors but G4560 is just a ~50W processor. That's JUST 15W more than the T version. T will be much slower too so makes no sense.
