Why my pc isn’t working

So my tv won’t pickup my pc signal. The hardware I have is 

motherboard, cpu, ram, and two 500gb hard drives. I’m ordering a gpu

That doesn't have integrated graphics. You'll need to wait until your GPU arrives to use the system.

Ok sweet my dad was saying that. He works with PCs.
