How long of a wait am I in for?

Put my Rx 480 on eBay and netted $430. After eBay fees it's like $360 sitting in my PayPal. So right now I just have integrated graphics on Skylake. My interest in gaming has faded but, I would still like to take advantage of the basically free upgrade to a 1070 or ti. I see b&h with a decent looking 1070ti on backorder for $450 and I'm thinking of pulling the trigger if and when the in stock email shows up. Any ETA on when this bubble will burst?

Well more and more retailers at least are taking auto notifications.  Nvidia just started taking auto notifications on the 1080 Ti which is a good sign

I should note that if you are truly serious about getting a card, signup for all the auto notifications on every retailer possible.  I don't think drought will continue but I do think cards will sell out very very quickly

 

I know EVGA has been updating stock almost daily so I would signup with them today and maybe tonight you can score a card

Most reliable way to buy a gpu right now is via evgas website, b-stock every wednesday

B&H has been silent for me and walked into their store and nothing

 

Newegg has been pretty good but stock goes ultra quick and prices are either $80-$100 above MSRP or crazy expensive

Wednesday is the only day with free shipping though? I recently sold my 1050ti rig and I had one from a Wednesday deal in it
