What to upgrade on my pc?

I will definitely upgrade my ram since I like to use a lot of multitasking. 

The reason I want to upgrade is because I find that some I have some trouble running some games and it seems that both my cpu and gpu are a t 100% usage when running them. 

The games I have trouble with are Pubg and Ark, I have to turn everything by a significant amount to get at least 60fps.

I havent really had any trouble with any other games, I'll get decent frames on more optimized games.

I was considering investing in a 1070 but I thought it might be a waste if It was gonna bottleneck my cpu.

pubg can be difficult for the highest end machines, I wouldn't upgrade because of that.  I run it at lowest settings even though I don't have to.

 

Don't know anything about Ark.

 

I would get two sticks of the same ram but it won't fix pubg

I see, well I guess thats true since I don't really see anyone running it on max. And well I don't really have any trouble with other games so I do suppose it's the game itself.
