Multi-GPU no work

I have an asus strix X370-F gaming motherboard and I have installed in it a sound card, 1080ti, nvme ssd in the bottom x16 slot. I can put it in the M.2 if need be. The problem is that when I install my 1050ti the computer doesn't display and when I push the power button while it is on, it shuts down immediately meaning it didn't boot to windows. Why can't I have both cards installed? They both work individually.

650w is plenty for that

It's powerful enough, but either way IMO you should change it.
