2 x 1 GB 7850s still worth it

how much $ you plan spend ? keep in mind that you are jumping from a great card

 

and is pointless buy a card with similar power, unless is a 7850 1GB for a CF (that is still a good choice and cheap)

 

if you like nvidia cards, the 670 and the 760 are great choices with 2GB

 

(but don't buy the 660 line)  <_<

 

The $267.87 GTX 760 I found in the US is about as high as I want to go and that comes with a free game which I will sell if I end up getting that card.  Btw what is wrong with the 660 line?  A 660 Ti is basically a GTX 760.  I would think getting a 660 Ti at $200 or maybe less would be a good thing.

In regards to the GTX 670 you mentioned I can't pay what I did last time for the one that is in my rig at this time and I only paid $289 + taxes before MIR and selling games that came with it last Boxing Day.

performance wise it is very similar and yes the 760 is the better card but in many games I play the difference in fps is not significant
