In just a few days i'm finally getting my new pc . 

MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC

Intel Pentium G4560 S1151 BOX 3M 3.5Ghz 2 cores (4 virtual)

I wanted to do some research about overclocking .

Does the "OC" version is already overclocked by its manufactuer unlike "Non OC" ? And if so can you go even higher?

Yes and Generally yes.

Yeah factory OC is a perfectly vendor ensured overclock which might still be pushed higher while non-OC would be the full stock configuration meant by nVidia.

You are correct. It shouldn't impact performance as much as some may believe.

Probably not. Maybe in CS:GO

There will be extremely little to no bottlenecking with the 1050 Ti. The OC is a naming convention that indicates its factory overclocked. That overclock is guaranteed, and you may or may not be able to overclock it more; the 1050 Ti has more limitations on overclockability than a 1060/70/80.

The non oc version will boost higher then the oc version. Guaranteed, as long as it isn’t b stock. No reason to waste the money.
