So I currently have a Cooler Master Geminii s524 v2 air cooler. Really great cooler, but can't keep up too well with my overclocked 6700k. I've been looking particularly at 3 AIO's: the NZXT x62, Corsair H115i pro, and Corsair H150i Pro. Any recommendations, and what's really different between all these in terms of performance and sound (especially between the x62 and h115i)?

Want to explain why it's better than the cheaper and new H115i pro?

Why though, they do have good product quality and customer service.

Well here's the thing. I bought the kranken x42 v2 cooler for the lighting effects

Very sexy cooler right ?

What if i told you that you couldnt use your cooler lighting effects would you

Cons

All controls are software based

Lighting and fan controls are all done threw there special software called "Cam"

This software is buggy as hell. Most people can't run it or it crashes nonstop.

There is no other software or way to control the lighting effects on the cooler unless it's threw there app..

Ive had to unplug the fans from the harness and run them independently via a fan header the lights attach via board usb.

So if u are looking at nzxt coolers due to the flashy lights. Look elsware there pricey as heck and there's many better ones out

The moment the software crashes or u uninstall it as I have. The cpu lights don't turn on at all

i have done 11 builds where my clients went against my advice this year and went with kranken coolers.

only 4 of the 11 are able to run the program. "limited" but still they can have there lights on

customer service lol

I right out told customer service i purchased the cooler cause it had sexy lights.

and due to there being no issue with the "hardware" itself it doesnt warrent being returned

Without CAM - U cannot adjust fan speed. Turn on or modify lighting. with program off. lights go off

Interesting. I actually had an ok experience with CAM with my Hue+ light controller. Yes, it is buggy (I have to sign in again every time I reboot), but I never had the Hue+/CAM completely fail me like it did to you

like i said iv done many builds this year using NZXT and yes the hardware is excilent ..

but it relys on crap software. yes its gotten very buggy. depending on hardware configs it gets worse or better,

it has its own overlay system for gaming and has conflicts with almost all radeon card driver and most of the time crashes or BSOD a system with them.

systems running larger ram profiles 32+ have issues. it goes on.. again the HARDWARE is amazing .. if only they could have had built in firmware or a less bloated app
