Asking for pre builds of towers with gtx 1080

I m going to build a gaming tower with the amount of 1500 euros. 

I am asking for pre builds with a gtx 1080 or a gtx 1070.

I am not going to order pieces  from USA or from other countrys that aren t in Europe Union because. Only because i dont want to extra taxes. I ll be glad if you answer me :D.

I m gonna to build a system but i dont knoe what specs to buy but i want a desktop with a gtx 1070 or a 1080
