Warachnid's Rig

Warachnid

This is a PC rig I've had since march of 2017:

- GTX 1080 8GB Founders Edition

- i7-7700 (Clocked @ 3.6Ghz)

- 16GB DDR4 2400mhz Dual-Channel RAM

(The motherboard and PSU are alienware branded. I don't know the models and can't find them anywhere anymore. 800w PSU.)

What do you propose I do? List every clock speed and electron going through my build? I don't see the need for exaggerated detail for a build log.

I don't think the signature is meant for any specific thing.

Reading a list of parts is boring. I can do that anywhere. Supply us with  maybe some pictures. Make your post interesting.

When people post the specs to their builds it's usually for part advice or troubleshooting. There isn't much for us to say if you just straight out post your specs.

You are correct. However, most users use their signatures for specs since this is a technology-based forum.

Good suggestion.  I'm not going to be home anytime soon, but I'll try to update it after I get back.

Use your sig and your profile area to list your specs. No need for a full on post.
