Pc won't start up

Hey, i got my new pc everything new got it to work after some troubleshooting. I was using it for a while then the cable for the PSU came out afterwards it would say no signal to my monitor after which I was trying to fix it(normal things making sure everything was connected, but only one 1 ram in the machine) now it won't even switch one. The fans just turn around and light up after being plugged in but that all parts of life i could get from it.

I tried everything on the page about this problem but it still won't work I got no other parts I can test other than a laptop but I don't think I can do much with it.

Specs;

ASRock b350M-HDV

Galax GTX 1050ti(single fan)

Rayzen 3 1200 (stock cooler)

one polar wind fan

2 4GB DDR 4 Ballistix sport "gaming" memory

M-box MATX case  (with a 500w power supply)

240GB SSD Kingston

1TB Tobias

Thanks

What happens when you press the power button? Does the lights and fans come on, and if so do they stay on or do they shut off after a few seconds?

1. Is everything plugged in internally? (Front panel, 24 pin, 4/8 pin, GPU power?)

2. Is the PSU turned on? Is the power cable plugged in?

3. Try different wall outlet.

What happens?

The motherboard doesn't have any light but the fans/lights on CPU and case does go on for a second once I plug in the PSU to the wall.

Sorry I disappeared, had some things to deal with. Do you have a different PSU you can use?
