LSI Megaraid card performs slowly with ESXI

The problem was that caching was disabled by default and was fixed after enabling it.

Hello there,
I just got an used server from ebay (Fujitsu RX200 S6) with the D2607 LSI Megaraid card and I'm having performance issues while using ESXI or Xenserver. I have configured a RAID 0 array with 2 hdds (1TB and 500GBs) and also tried installing ubuntu where the raid card performed as it should.
The speeds I'm getting with ESXI are 10MB/sec write and 80MB/sec read while with ubuntu I'm getting 100/MB sec write and 80MB/read.
I tested those speeds internally.
