CableMod 6-pin cable not working?

I am a first time builder, I recently ordered a 6 pin pcie cable from cablemod for my rm850x. When i try to boot my pc, it doesn't boot unless I use the stock cables for powering the 6 pin socket on my gpu. It turns on and immediately turns off with a loud click. I have attached photos of the cablemod cable and gpu. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your best bet is likely to contact CableMod to get it resolved. If you ordered the right cable for your PSU and it doesn't work, there's likely an issue with the cable, which is something best dealt with by CableMod, not us.
