I've been having screen tearing issues on my pc not only on pc,but also on Black ops 3.Here is an attached video of pubg help me out please.Also I have tried vsync and it was making it worse

Cant download the video cause i am on DATA.

Have u forced V-sync through nvidia control panel? or amd catalyst?
